# What each plan includes, and what happens at the limits.

Every plan includes all 9 AI engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI). Plans differ in how much you monitor and collect. You choose a plan before setup starts.

## Brands

A brand is one website you monitor, including its subdomains, or a brand tracked by name without a website. Each one counts once, whichever workspace it is in.

- Tracked prompts are shared across all your brands.
- Competitors are counted per brand and never use a brand.
- On Growth, Scale and Plus, add **extra brands** for $49 a month each in **Settings → Billing**. An extra brand adds no prompts. Annual plans pay for extra brands yearly, at 10 months' price.
- Adding extra brands charges the prorated amount for the rest of the period right away. Removing them credits the unused time on your next invoice.
- On Core, upgrade to Growth for a second brand.

There is no free plan or trial. You pay first, then setup and the first AI answers start.

## When you reach a limit

| Limit | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| Human events and AI crawler visits | Data is always collected. After two months in a row over the limit, dashboards are limited until you upgrade. |
| Tracked prompts | Every existing prompt keeps running daily; you can't add more until you upgrade or pause some. |
| AI credits | New Content Agent jobs and on-demand runs don't start. There is no overage charge. |
| Brands | Every brand keeps being monitored; you can't add another until you add an extra brand, upgrade, or remove one. |
| Seats | You can't invite more people until a seat is free. Pending invitations use a seat. |

Notices in the dashboard warn you before a limit is reached.

## AI credits

Credits pay for Content Agent drafts and for running prompts on demand. Daily monitoring of tracked prompts does not use credits.

- Standard article: 40 credits. Deep-research article: 160 credits. On-demand prompt run: 1 credit per answer.
- Monthly credits carry over for one month.
- Top-ups are opt-in: 500 credits for $60 or 1,500 for $170, valid for 12 months.
- Owners, admins and the Billing role can set a **Monthly spend cap**. Usage alerts appear in the app at 75%, 90% and 100%.

## Manage billing

Open **Settings → Billing** (owners, admins and the Billing role):

- **Switch plan**. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. Extra brands move with you, and end if you move to Core.
- See how many brands you use and change your **Extra brands**.
- Switch to annual billing.
- See this month's usage of human events and AI crawler visits.
- **Buy more credits** and set the **Monthly spend cap**.
- Open the billing portal for payment methods and invoices.
- Cancel, or keep a subscription you scheduled to cancel.

If a renewal payment fails, you keep full access for 7 days while you update the payment method.
