What can I use before installing code?
URL-only visibility scans can monitor prompts, brands, competitors, answers, and citations without site instrumentation.
- Add the domain you are authorized to monitor
- Choose stable prompt groups
- Review evidence before acting on a score
Data
What does Virent collect?
Collection depends on what you enable. Browser analytics, crawler middleware, and visibility scans each have separate data paths and controls.
- Use the minimum instrumentation you need
- Do not send secrets or sensitive personal data
- Review the Privacy Policy and DPA

How do I report a problem?
Include the affected workspace, approximate time, and a concise description. Do not email passwords, API keys, or raw sensitive data.
